Refund Eligibility
We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we’re here to help. Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:
All claims must be submitted via email to our support team at info@exhibitorsdata.com.
Claims must be made within 7 days of purchase. Any quality concerns or refund requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for review.
To assess your claim, please provide clear details outlining the issue, along with any supporting documentation or evidence.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Please note that refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Data accessed or downloaded through bots, automated tools, or datasets offered under any discount packages are strictly non-refundable.
Purchases made in violation of our terms of use.
Requests made after the 7-day claim window and for any soft bounces found for the email contacts delivered.
Additional Notes
We reserve the right to investigate and verify the nature of the claim after thorough examination of the quality report sent (by the client) on erroneous data
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original method of payment.
